SP LOGYSTIC DOO allows users (buyers and sellers) to cancel orders in certain cases, in order to ensure fair and transparent business between all parties. This Cancellation Policy governs the terms and procedures for canceling orders on the Platform.

1. Customer cancellation rights and conditions

1.1. The customer has the right to cancel the order in the following cases:

The seller does not accept the order within [defined time, e.g. 24 hours] from the moment of ordering.

The seller breaks the deadlines for the preparation of the order specified on the platform.

The seller is unable to provide the requested product or service and informs the customer about it.

1.2. Procedure for canceling an order by the customer:

The customer can cancel the order directly through his user account on the platform before the seller confirms the order.

After confirming the order, the buyer must contact the seller through the platform to agree on the cancellation.

2. Order cancellation rights and conditions for sellers

2.1. The seller has the right to cancel the order in the following cases:

The seller is unable to provide the requested product or service due to lack of stock or other objective circumstances.

The customer provides incomplete, incorrect or unclear information that prevents the realization of the order.

The customer does not confirm the order within the period defined by the platform.

2.2. Procedure for canceling an order by the seller:

The seller must immediately notify the buyer of the reason for the cancellation through the platform.

The seller should ensure that the status of the order is updated on the platform so that the buyer is informed in a timely manner.

3. Restrictions and conditions for cancellation

3.1. After canceling the order:

The customer is not entitled to a refund if the order is not paid in advance.

In the case of pre-paid orders, the seller is obliged to make a refund in accordance with the agreement with the buyer.

3.2. Improper cancellation:

In the event that the seller or buyer cancels orders unjustifiably and frequently, SP LOGYSTIC DOO reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the user account.

4. Obligations and responsibilities

4.1. SP LOGYSTIC DOO is not responsible for the cancellation of orders and any consequences, including loss of time or financial loss of the user.

4.2. Buyers and sellers are obliged to mutually resolve disputes related to the cancellation of orders.
