SP LOGYSTIC DOO provides mediation services between sellers, buyers and deliverers through the platform. SP LOGYSTIC DOO is not responsible for refunds or resolving disputes between users.

1. Liability for Refunds

1.1. Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for all transactions they make through the platform, including refunds, product exchanges or complaint resolution.

1.2. Buyers are required to contact sellers directly to resolve issues related to refunds or product exchanges.

2. The role of SP LOGISTIC DOO

2.1. SP LOGYSTIC DOO does not participate in financial transactions between sellers and buyers and does not take responsibility for failed deliveries, damaged products, or other issues that may arise between users.

2.2. The platform serves solely as an intermediary to connect users and provide technical support for the functionality of the application.

3. Dispute resolution

3.1. All disputes regarding refunds, product exchanges, quality of products delivered or services must be resolved directly between sellers and buyers.

3.2. In the event of a dispute, SP LOGYSTIC DOO may, at its sole discretion, provide basic information (eg, order history) to help resolve the issue, but is not obligated to arbitrate.

4. Limitation of liability

4.1. SP LOGYSTIC DOO does not assume responsibility for any financial losses, delays or other consequences arising from disputes between users.

4.2. Users are obliged to comply with the applicable laws of the Republic of Serbia and mutually resolve all issues in accordance with laws and good business practices.
