These Terms and Conditions ("Rules") govern the use of the platform provided by SP LOGYSTIC DOO, enabling the connection of sellers, buyers and suppliers for the purchase and delivery of products. By using the platform, you agree to the following rules:

1. General provisions

1.1. The SP LOGYSTIC DOO platform allows sellers to offer their products, customers to order them, and delivery people to deliver to customers' locations.

1.2. Registration and use of the platform are free for all buyers and delivery people. Sellers have the option of choosing between two models of cooperation: payment of a monthly subscription or payment of an agreed percentage of the turnover achieved through the platform.

1.3. SP LOGYSTIC DOO reserves the right to terminate access to the platform for any user at any time, if a violation of the terms of use, misuse of the platform or for other justified reasons is found, as well as to provide, at the request of the seller, additional services that will be charged in accordance with by prior agreement.

2. Responsibilities of the user

2.1. All users of the platform (sellers, buyers and deliverers) undertake to comply with all applicable laws of the Republic of Serbia.

2.2. SP LOGYSTIC DOO is not responsible for possible violations of the law by users of the platform. Sole responsibility for lawful conduct rests with users.

2.3. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their product descriptions, product quality, and fulfillment of their obligations to customers.

2.4. Suppliers are responsible for the timely and safe delivery of products in accordance with the agreement with customers.

2.5. Customers are responsible for entering correct order details and contact information.

3. The rights of SP LOGISTIC DOO

3.1. SP LOGYSTIC DOO has the right to remove content that violates platform rules or legal provisions.

3.2. The Platform may occasionally be unavailable due to technical works or upgrades. SP LOGISTIC DOO is not responsible for any losses caused by the interruption of the platform.

4. Exclusion of liability

4.1. SP LOGYSTIC DOO does not guarantee product quality, product description accuracy, or delivery timeliness.

4.2. The platform only provides an intermediary service and does not participate in transactions between users.

5. Changes to the rules

5.1. SP LOGYSTIC DOO reserves the right to change these Rules at any time. The changes come into effect upon publication on the platform.

5.2. By using the platform after the Rules have been changed, the user is considered to have agreed with the changes.
